1. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)
In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide justification.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must :
be unused,
be in its original condition,
show no signs of wear,
be returned in its original packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
3. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned :
items that have been worn or adjusted,
items showing signs of use.
4. Return Procedure
To make a return :

We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Ship the product within 14 days after your request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an error.
5. Refund
Once your return is received and inspected :
you will receive a confirmation email,
the refund will be processed to your original payment method,
within a period of 3 to 7 business days.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another item, you can :
return the original item,
then place a new order.
7. Defective product or order error
If you receive an item :
defective,
damaged,
or not matching your order,
contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a replacement or refund.
